Things are definitely building. I’ve noticed that I need more rest than I am used to needing. I’m still focusing on fueling properly, but rest is top priority, too.
Here’s what week 23 has in store:
- Monday :: REST / yoga
- Tuesday :: Interval Swim :: 2700m
- Wednesday :: Interval Bike :: 75 min w/ intervals + strength training
- Thursday :: Time-Trial Run :: 15km
- Friday :: Aerobic Swim :: 6x400m, build speed in final 100m each set
- Saturday :: Race Pace Bike :: 60km w/3x12km efforts at R.P.
- Sunday :: Brick :: 8km run + 40km bike + 6km run
