Week 24 Training Update

After last week’s brick workout + time trials, I’m curious to see how I feel this week. I definitely feel like I’m getting better at planning my nutrition, but I’m still having some GI issues, so I’m looking at everything very critically this week. Overall, I am feeling stronger. Rest definitely helps. The sunshine lately doesn’t hurt, either 🙂

Here’s what week 24 looks like:

  • Monday :: REST / yoga
  • Tuesday :: Interval Swim Substitute :: strength + HIIT + core
  • Wednesday :: Interval Bike :: 80 min w/ intervals + strength training
  • Thursday :: Tempo Run :: 60 min
  • Friday :: Race Pace Swim Substitute :: cardio + strength + yoga
  • Saturday :: Aerobic Bike :: 80km
  • Sunday :: Aerobic Run :: 21km, hills
